Gigabyte XM300 Xtreme Gaming

The G on the front might somewhat look like the Gaming logo of Logitech, however this XM300 Xtreme Gaming is definitely a Gigabyte product. A decent price of 42 pounds nets you a no-nonsense gaming mouse with a relatively large size. The XM300 has several features, such as onboard memory for profiles and RGB lighting, which we normally only find in the higher segment.

We've got nothing to complain about the optical 6400 dpi sensor: speeds between 3 and 4 meters per second are reached and there is no acceleration whatsoever. The lift-off distance of 3.5 mm might be a bit high for low-sense usage though. The interface of the software might feel a bit dated, however it lacks nothing in terms of features, compared to the competition.
