Glass panels are quickly becoming cheaper

Corsair Crystal 570X

Corsair goes down a completely new road with the Crystal Series cases. In the past, the brand had a lot of remarkable and innovative cases, although lately they seemed to be taking it easy. However, with the Crystal 570X the brand makes a statement again. The case has tempered glass on four sides and also comes with three SP120 rgb fans. This combination results in an imposing base that can show a – carefully assembled – configuration in a magnificent way. If you like all that glass is up to you – without a doubt the 570X is a remarkable case.

It is good to know that Corsair did not stop at the aesthetics of the case. The cooling performance is, despite the mostly closed front, very good. We find the lowest temperatures of all models in this test. This does result in slightly higher noise levels; at 7V it is acceptable but in our opinion it is a little too loud at 12V. The average price of 170 pounds / 193 euros is high, but it can be found for about 154 pounds / 175 euros in our Price Comparison. Considering the performance and the rgb-fans this is justifiable.
