Gaming like a king

DXRacer Gaming Chair OH/RE0

DXRacer is one of the older manufacturers of this type of chair, with a very extensive model line-up. We tested a middle-class mode, the OH/RE0 or ‘Racing Series’. The chair has an average price of 284 pounds / 329 euros and comes in black with blue, red, green, orange and white. The first thing that stands out when we compare the specifications with the competitors is the low maximum weight that it can bear. According to the manufacturer the OH/RE0 can bear a maximum of 91 kilograms, while other chairs in this test can bear 120 or even 150 kilograms.

Remarkable, because the chair feels rigid and has little clearance on the seat. Our topple-test is also easy for the DXRacer. Furthermore the chair feels compact but solid, while the comfort is reasonable to good, although the foam layer is thin.

While we cannot argue about taste, we do like the design of the DXRacer, especially the black/white version looks good. The faux leather fits great over the underlying foam padding without folds.
