TP-Link Talon AD7200 review: extremely fast 802.11ad-router

TP-Link is the first to release an 802.11ad-router

Test results: 802.11n - 3 laptops at once

In the graphs on this page and the next, the TP-Link Talon AD7200 can be recognized by the red bar. We compare it with a selection of other current high-end routers that we tested in the past year and a half.

At 2.4 GHz it is not the fastest router in our test environment. At 5 GHz it is one of the best-performing routers. Bear in mind that the best models, that score a lot higher than 200 Mbps, are tri-band-routers. Their scores are because of their two 5GHz-radios.
