Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti review: Gigabyte vs MSI vs Zotac

Gigabyte, MSI and Zotac come with Nvidia's latest graphics card

Gigabyte vs MSI vs Zotac: Temperature, noise and energy consumption

The MSI card remained the coolest out of the three cards. This is in part due to the lower clock frequencies, but also thanks to its Cyclone cooler. Interestingly, the drivers claim that the Zotac card gets much warmer than the other two, while our own temperature readings don't show any significant difference with the Gigabyte card.

In terms of noise levels, only MSI's card can be called actually quiet. That's impressive considering it's also the coolest. The 43 dB(A) produced by the Gigabyte and Zotac cards also isn't that loud.

The energy consumption is about the same for all three cards.
