Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 review plus SLI and 3-way SLI

How does the cheaper sibling of the GeForce GTX 680 perform?

ASUS vs PoV vs Zotac: Temperature, noise and energy consumption

Looking at the temperatures, the Zotac with its three-slot-wide cooler performs best. A temperature of 55 degrees Celsius after running Metro 2033 twice is very good. With a temperature of a little over 70 degrees the ASUS card is still cooler than Point of View's reference-based card.

ASUS takes the crown in terms of noise production, and by a lot. It is the only one that we can call silent. The Point of View card goes above 50 dB, measured at a distance of 10 centimetres. As we mentioned before, the humming sound of the reference stock cooler is annoying.

In terms of energy usage the cards are very similar.
