OCZ Vertex 4 256GB/512GB review

SSD by OCZ with Indilinx Everest 2 controller

By

Iometer

As we promised the fans, here are the maximum random 4k read and write scores from Iometer, with a queue depth of 32 and executed within an 8GB block. These are the scores that SSD manufacturers like to advertise publicly.

The 4k reads exceed 80,000 Iops for the first time, setting a new record. The scores for 4k writes are also excellent for the Vertex 4 SSD.
