Overclocking Team Holland becomes Hardware.Info OC Team

From today, Holland's premier overclocking team, Overclocking Team Holland, will be called Hardware.Info OC Team. Simultaneously, Hardware.Info also starts a professional overclocking team with four of the best overclockers the Benelux has to offer. Under the Hardware.Info Pro OC flag, these overclockers have already reached the 7th place in the Hwbot.org Pro OC Cup. With the adoption of these two teams, overclocking will also play a bigger part in Hardware.Info's future.

Overclocking has always been a key part of Hardware.Info since it was founded in 1998. We publish various overclocking-related articles each year (for instance our Haswell overclock workshop), and we've incorporated overclocks into our reviews as well. With a die-hard overclocker (Joost Verhelst a.k.a. rsnubje) as a full-time employee in the Hardware.Info Test lab, we're sure to have all the resources and expertise needed.

To give overclocking an extra boost, we've adopted the largerst overclocking team in the Netherlands, Overclocking Team Holland, which will now be known as Hardware.Info OC Team. Current members of the team have already been informed and we'd like to invite all beginning and die-hard overclockers in the Netherlands and Belgium to join us. Naturally, Overclocking Team Holland has changed its name to  Hardware.Info OC Team on Hwbot.org as well.

Aside from the Hardware.Info OC Team which is open to everyone interested in overclocking, we've also started a special team with four of the best overclockers in the Benelux:  Oldscarface (Roger Kortenhoeven), Leeghoofd (Albrecht Mesotten), Nedernakker (Bauke Caspers) en uiteraard ook Rsnubje (Joost Verhelst). Called Hardware.Info Pro OC, this team will enter worldwide competitions. In the recent edition of Hwbot's Pro OC cup, the team came in 7th place. Additional details on the results will be posted later. Of course, such feats would be impossible without the help from our sponsors, which include Azerty.nlTones.be and ASUS
