Computex: Antec watercooling places pump with fan

By

Antec has updated its Kühler line of closed circuit watercooling kits. The manufacturer has moved the pump to the fan, thus allowing for the CPU-block to be quite a bit slimmer. Antec once again collaborated with Asetek to develop three versions, the Kühler H20 650, Kühler H2O 950 and Kühler H2O 1250. The first features a 120 mm fan and a single pump. The H2O 950 and H2O 1250 have a 240 mm radiator, which has room for two 120 mm fans.

Antec claims that the new models don't just cool better, but are also more silent in their operation. Brackets are bundled which make the new Kühler watercooling compatible with all recent AMD and Intel sockets. The new coolers will be released later this year at a still undisclosed price.
