Following MSI, Gigabyte has introduced a series of motherboards based on the B75 chipset. The chipset is geared towards the business market and is part of the entry-level segment. As such, the management features found on the more luxurious Q77 and Q75 boards are absent here.
Gigabyte has announced four models, branded GA-B75-D3V, GA-B75M-D3H, GA-B75M-D3V en GA-P75-D3. The mainboards are compatible with Intel's upcoming Ivy Bridge processors and are bundled with the Intel Small Business Advantage software package. Features of the software include Data Backup and Restore, Energy Saver, PC Health Center, Software Monitor and USB Blocker. On top of that, Gigabyte has added some of its own technology to the motherboard, such as the Ultra Durable 4 technology, Humidity Protection, Electrostatic Protection, Power Failure Protection, High Temperature Protection and On/Off Charge.
