Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 / 750 Ti review: the first Maxwell Generation GPUs

Same process node, but much more efficient.

Battlefield 3 / Bioshock Infinite / Crysis 3

In Battlefield 3, the GeForce GTX 750 and GeForce GTX 750 Ti score 77.7 and 92.2 fps respectively, at Full HD using Medium settings. This once again beats the Radeon R7 260 and Radeon R7 260X, although the Radeon R7 265 remains superior. With 44.6 fps at Ultra settings, the game is just barely playable using the GTX 750 Ti.

The GeForce GTX 750 Ti managed 87.3 fps in Bioshock while the GeForce GTX 750 reached 73.1 fps. This is once again faster than the 260s, although the 265 is not surpassed. The GeForce GTX 750 Ti does surpass the Radeon R7 265 using Ultra settings, scoring an average of 48.9 fps, which is almost playable. If you use slightly lower settings you're all set to play Bioshock using these cards.

We measured 52.1 fps and 45.6 fps in Crysis 3. Both cards evidently preform better than the GeForce GTX 650 Ti, although the GTX 650 Ti Boost once again is faster.
