Silverstone FT03 Mini
Last time we reviewed the Silverstone Fortress FT03T, a micro-ATX chassis with unique design. Now we're reviewing the FT03 Mini, that also has a vertical orientation which means that the heat from the GPU goes upward. It's smaller though, with a volume of only 18 dm³.
There is space for one 3.5-inch disk or two 2.5-inch disks, and a slimline slot-in optical drive. There is a single 14 cm fan in the bottom. The cooling works well especially when the fan is on high speed, with a temperature of only 33.7 degrees. That does cause 42.4 dB(A) of noise. A drawback of this cabinet is that the aluminium side panels let go a bit too easy.
