3DMark06 gives a good indication of the energy consumption when the CPU and GPU are under load. The usage of the ASUS Tytan is fairly reasonable.
3DMark11 is more demanding for the graphics card, and this is reflected by the increased power usage.
With only the Windows desktop the energy consumption is a bit high.
When the system is off the usage is still relatively high, 2 watts.
