Conclusion
Fujitsu is the first manufacturer to release a true business-oriented Ultrabook, and sets a great example in our opinion. It's a very flat, solid and light laptop weighing 1.4 kg yet you get a 14-inch display. It's fast, but we would have liked to see a higher resolution. However, hook it up to the docking station and then you can connect two more monitors which will provide ample working space on a large desktop.
A strong side of this laptop are the integrated vPro management options and the TPM security chip. Particularly for larger companies this is can be essential.
If features such as a docking station, an integrated 3G adapter are important to you and you want a fast yet light laptop, then the Lifebook U772 is an excellent choice. Combined with the solid and deluxe body this of course is not a cheap laptop, but the difference with other high-end Ultrabooks such as the Samsung 9 series isn't huge. Bottomline, the Fujitsu LifeBook U772 earns the Hardware.Info Silver Award.
