Conclusion
The Lantronix xPrintServer does what it promises in a very user-friendly way. Especially when you want to access multiple network printers, in an office environment for example, then the xPrintServer is a good solution. It's a shame that it's only compatible with iOS devices, but that's probably also the reason why everything works so smoothly. A similar device for Android has to be compatible with many more versions of the OS (and the various interpretations of the different manufacturers), which sets the stage for more conflicts and issues.
The user-friendly nature and the excellent performance of the Lantronix xPrintServer is reason enough for us to give it the Hardware.Info Gold Award. You can buy it for around £120, which may sound like a lot of money for home use, but probably is a sensible investment in the appropriate business environment.
