Iometer

Here are the maximum random 4k read and write scores from Iometer, with a queue depth of 32 and executed within an 8GB block. These are the scores that SSD manufacturers like to advertise publicly.

With the 4k write Intel's SSD 330 series exceeds 80,000 points, just like the other SandForce SF-2281-based SSDs. The compression trick works quite well here. With 4k reads the 120GB drive is just short of 25,000 IOPS. This is a bit weak for SF-2281-based 120GB SSDs.
