At CeBIT Cooler Master showed off two new series of power supplies, including the V series. These new PSUs, available in 700W, 850W and 1000W, use the single-rail approach are are 80 Plus Gold certified. We tested the 1000W model.

Passive Seasonic power supplies receive pricetag

A few months back, Seasonic announced six 80 Plus Platinum power supplies, of which three are passive. These models have now received a pricetag.  Unsurprisingly, the new power supplies are models with lower capacities.
