Plantronics has developed a new gaming headset, the GameCom Commander. A limited version of the headset is available which features all accessories a gamer could need. The Commander has a closed-back design, which reduces ambient noise. The Dolby Pro Logic II and Dolby Headphone technologies are used to simulaute 7.1 surround aido.
Through the bundled adaptors, the headset can also be connected to a mobile phone or tablet. The limited GameCom commander is numbered and comes with a carrying pouch for easy transport to a LAN party or tournament.
Plantronics' GameCom Commander has a recommended price of £235 and will be released in September.
