Later this month, Icy Dock will launch the MB994IPO-3SB. This 5.25-inch bay has an aluminium exterior and offers room for two 2.5-inch devices, in addition to a slim-line optical drive. Two 4-pin molex plugs are used to power the three devices, while a 40 mm fan provides them with airflow. The MB994IPO-3SB supports SATA 6 Gbps and SAS 2.0 drives. Status indicators are present to display hard disk activity.
Icy Dock has yet to reveal a recommended price.
