Gigabyte has designed a new graphics card based on Nvidia's GeForce GTX 670. The new GV-N670WF2-2GD is equipped with the WindForce 2X cooler, which uses copper heatpipes to transfer excess heat to the aluminium heatsink. Two 10 cm PWM fans should keep the card chilled.
The graphics card features 1344 cores and connects to the 2 GB GDDR5 memory through a 256-bit interface. The card comes slightly overclocked, as its core is clocked at 941 MHz, with a 1019 MHz Boost frequency. The memory has an effective clock speed of 6008 Mhz, also slightly higher than a reference GTX 670. Video outputs consist of 2x DVI, HDMI and a DisplayPort connector.
Gigabyte's new GeForce GTX 670 GV-N670WF2-2GD is priced around £305.
