Giada has introduced the i53, a system that is to provide a solution for users looking for a small Home Theater PC. The system features Intel's HM76 Express chipset and is based on an Ivy Bridge Core i5 processor. The chassis is sized 192 x 155 x 26 millimetres.

Giada has opted for 2 GB of SO-DIMM memory, which can be replaced with a single 4 GB module. Storage is provided by a 2.5-inch hard disk of either 320 GB or 500 GB, though users are free to replace the hard drive with an SSD. The i53 has a single USB 3.0 port, 4x USB 2.0, Gigabit LAN, HDMI and D-Sub. Also present are audio jacks, a card reader, Bluetooth and 802.11n WiFi.

The recommended price for the standard model, which features a Core i5 processor and a 500 GB hard disk, is specified at $520 (£334). For the less demanding user, Giada has designed the A51, based on an AMD E-450 APU and a 2.5-inch 320 GB hard disk.
