Lenovo has introduced a 27-inch all-in-one desktop system that can be used in both a flat and an upright position. The screen of Lenovo's new IdeaCentre A720 has a Full HD 1920x1080 pixel resolution with multi-touch support. Lenovo's new creation is capable of registering up to 10 touches simultaneously. The device is sized 650 x 480 x 220 millimetres, the screen being 24.5 millimetres thick. Lenovo has added a hinge with which the panel can be tilted between minus 5 degrees and plus 90 degrees.
The device is powered by Intel's Ivy Bridge Core i7-3610QM processor, combined with up to 8 GB of DDR3 RAM and Nvidia's GT 630M graphics card, with 2 GB of dedicated memory. A 2.5-inch 5400 RPM SATA 6 Gbit/s hard disk provides the storage for Lenovo's new all-in-one and is available in capacities of 500 GB, 750 GB and 1 TB. A 64 GB solid state drive is also available.
Lenovo's IdeaCentre A720 will hit shelves July 4th at a recommended price of €1699 (£1370).
