G.Skill's Trident X DDR3 memory modules have been available for some time now. The regular modules are clocked at 2400 MHz, combined with CL 10-12-12-31 timings. About a week ago, G.Skill stated that it had plans to break records during Computex.
G.Skill has used a DDR3-2800 kit, of which the speeds were elevated to over 3000 MHz, using timings of CL 11-14-14-35. G.Skill did admit that it took them several tries to reach these frequencies, having to switch modules often. The manufacturer used an Intel Core i7-3770K processor and ASUS' Z77-based Maximus V Formula. The images below show more detailed information.
