Amazon.de lists a pre-order page for Samsung's upcoming Galaxy SIII smartphone on its website. The alleged product information states that the device will feature a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, 12 megapixel camera with LED-flash and 16GB of internal memory. The smartphone is priced €599 in the webshop.
Unlike earlier rumours, an AMOLED HD+ screen is not mentioned, and the size of the screen differs as well. Now it seems that the Galaxy SIII will feature a 4.7 inch screen. The 12 megapixel webcam on the rear has built-in support for facial recognition and the aforementioned LED-flash. The 16GB of internal memory can be expanded with up to 32GB by means of a microSD card slot. Android 'Ice Cream Sandwich' is installed as operating system.

Unfortunately, Amazon's product page doesn't reveal more information. As the page doesn't have an image either, it's unclear which changes Samsung has made compared to the earlier prototype. Though the CPU hasn't officially been revealed yet, persistent rumours mention a quad-core Exynos 4412 chip with a Mali-T604 MP4 GPU.

Last week, Samsung sent us an invitation that read "Come and meet the next Galaxy". The invite is for the company's Mobile Unpacked 2012 event, taking place May 3 in London. It's likely that the phone will be officially announced during this event.
