Silicon Power has announced a 400X Compact Flash (CF) card with 128GB storage capacity. The 400X CF card features a claimed writing speed of 90MB/s and according to Silicon Power it sports the biggest available capacity right now.
The card supports PIO Mode-6 and Multi-Word DMA 4 data transfer in quad-channel configuration. Error Correction Code (ECC) functionality has also been implemented and the Wear Leveling technology is to improve the durability.
