Arctic Cooling has launched the Accelero Twin Turbo Pro cooler. This new graphics card cooler is in most parts a remake of the existing Accelero Twin Turbo, now featuring 92 mm fans using an FDB-bearing, rather than the old 80 mm fans. The fanspeed ranges from 1000 up to 2000 RPM. An improved design is to make the fans run more silently as well. Lastly, some enhancements have been made to the memory- and VRM-cooling.
The cooler weighs 446 grams and is capable of dissipating up to 120 Watt worth of heat, making it compatible with ATI's new Radeon HD 5870 card as well. The Twin Turbo Pro also supports ATI's Radeon HD4890, HD4870, HD4850, HD4830, HD3870, HD3850 and other cards up to the X1300 series. nVidia's GeForce GTS250, GT240, 9800GTX+ and 9600GT up to the GeForce 6600 cards are also compatible with Arctic Cooling's new Twin Turbo Pro.
