New DFI motherboard with Intel Atom

DFI has introduced a new motherboard for Intel's Atom processors. The NP915-B16C has dimensions of 102 x 146,5 mm and is compatible with compact systems,such as in hospitals, industrial use, or a surveillance system. The 1.6 GHz Atom N270 CPU is soldered don the motherboard, next to a DDR2 SODIMM memory slot, which offers room for up to two 2 GB of ram. The board is equipped with Intel's 945GSE Express Chipset, which is combined with the ICH7M southbridge. DFI's new NP951-B16C features a SATA-connector, Gigabit Ethernet, CompactFlash socket, mini PCI-slot, S/PDIF audio in- and output, six USB-connectors and a D-Sub port.
