During the CES convention in January, OCZ will show its new Blade DDR3 memory modules to the public. The Blade line-up will be the direct competitor to Corsair's Dominator GT's as they both feature identical specifications. The three Blade modules have a clock frequency of 2000Mhz at a 7-8-7-20 latency. This speed is reached at 1.65V, so it's likely these modules can go even faster when the voltage is increased.
OCZ has designed the Blade series for the high-end Core i7 systems that are intended to be overclocked to the max. The modules have black heatspreaders and will be available in 6 GB triple channel kits (2GB per module). The memory has a lifetime warranty. Prices have not yet been mentioned.
